Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Dyersburg, an IHG Hotel

Everything was great!! Came here for my family reunion! Every morning my grandma and I had breakfast , there were two older ladies so sweet! They knew I didn’t eat turkey sausages and offered to make me some. So nice and sweet. Will be here again next year!

We stay very often here and the staff recognize us every time. H. Cunningham is a very sweet lady and her personality makes us feel like family. The hotel rooms are clean and well stocked with all amenities. The cinnamon rolls at breakfast is the highlight of my stay LOL

The Staff was extraordinarily courteous and helpful. The linens pristine. Room was cleaner than my house. My kiddo loved the indoor pool. I saw at least 4? EV chargers on site. Great to see and glad they are making strides in that department. The breakfast was hot and at the ready to get us fueled up and back on the road. An excellent stop on a long road trip.

We did a last minute stay as we were traveling back home. Hotel was clean and desk personnel were great. Had no issues with check in. No children running around the halls. It was great.

My kids loved the indoor pool. Rooms were clean and breakfast was decent. Would stay here again!

What sold me on this property, when compared to other hotels in the area, were the reviews on the breakfast. It turned out, however, that their oven was broken and the breakfast selection was below par. The two ladies working in the area, though, were exceptionally nice and helpful. The actual room had very stained carpeting. The bathroom floor needed a good scrubbing and the tub appeared to have been caulked by a child. Staying in a dirty room is not appealing. The beds were comfortable, and once the smokers talking outside in the courtyard went to bed we had a good night sleep. The folks at the front desk were pleasant and helpful. I think I'll try another hotel the next time I'm in Dyersburg. At these prices I expect more.

Had kids playing in the halls

I stay there every year for my family reunion. This time had no hot food! Being a diabetic I couldn't eat all the sugar they had in that room so I had to pay separate and go out and eat that was very inconvenient! Think next year I'll stay elsewhere! And they should tell you that when you walk in the front door not waiting till you go down for breakfast the next morning because the people that work there said the oven's been down for a long time!!
