Check innstaff was very friendly and willing to help accommodate my family.

Everything was great. My only complaint would be not super family friendly with a door that is kind of see through for the bathroom and no night light for night time.

As soon as we arrived, I could tell by the cleanliness in the lobby to the caring staff that this was going to be so much better than I expected. Our previous hotel stay somewhere else was a nightmare so this was a welcome change. In our room, I never heard any noise throughout the hotel and almost thought it was empty even though it wasn’t. Staff responded to all our needs and were always polite. The room was clean and smelled fresh. Beds and linens were fresh and clean. The suite we got was beautiful and plenty of room for a family of 5. I’ve already decided any time I come here again, this hotel is my first choice.

It was pleasant and comfortable… family enjoyed the pool! Quiet and affordable. Will stay again on my next visit.

The area is beautiful nice and clean hotel and staff also. I highly recommend I have family in the area and my husband and I use visiting as a mini vacation

The frosted glass panel on the bathroom door was awkward for our family of 6.

Nice open breakfast area and lobby. The fire outside in the evening adds nice ambiance. There was also a little bar that we didn’t have time to visit. Plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance. We were very pleased that our fur baby could be with us for an additional fee.

The room and hotel were great. When we checked in, it looked like "softball weekend" with lots of kids and parents. However, we were able to get a room on the top floor, which was great. We didn't hear anything during our sleep. Glad the kiddos can play ball, but I've been in hotels that can be an "adventure" to say the least if this happens. If we have any "complaint" it's the bathroom doors, which are basically sliding doors with windows. Even though the windows aren't fully see-through, I'm wondering if the people who designed the doors ever gets up at night to go "potty". Well, if you do, then your significant other will be confronted with a splash of LIGHT coming through the doors! Good morning! Call me old fashioned, but I like doors that actually shut the light in/out, especially when it comes to bathrooms. Not a deal breaker, but I probably would stay somewhere else next time because if you're like me, sometimes it can be hard to get back to sleep. The end. Lol.
