The Hotel Garibaldi

Perfect room for our needs! Family size and very nice . Central location. We could even entertain family ! Front desk service was excellent!

Friendly staff, and the night check-in Jeremy was super nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool, the hot tub appeared a little dirty but we didn't use it so it could have been stained not really sure. Breakfast was available including a few hot options or items you could microwave. Not awesome but worked for on the go.

Kids everywhere. Walls were so thin. They ran up and down halls and screamed. I know management could hear them and ignored it. Got in bed and the kids and running and parents are yelling. Stopped 10pm after texting front desk. Began again at 7:30 am when the kids woke up. Management was less than sympathetic.

Unfortunately, I picked this hotel because of the spa/ hot tub and both were out of service at the time of our visit. The hair dryer wouldn’t work & neither did the coffee pot, but since it was probably cleaner to heat hot water in micro, it wasn’t much of a problem and wet hair wasn’t an issue for me. The hotel sits “up” from the main road that runs through town and instead of leveling the foundation around the bldg, they put all of the walks in front at weird different slants which makes it VERY difficult to walk up if you have any balance or walking problems. When I causally asked about it the man working the desk scoffed at me and mentioned he’d worked there over 3 yrs and they’ve never had a problem. I didn’t mention that I had however, hurt myself & threw out my hip walking down to my car, since I’m just kinda a klutz at 63! The bldg itself is over 100 yrs old & I must say, they’ve done a lovely job decorating & cleaning inside - no smells! Not the best place to stay if you have kids since you do need to drive to get to beach, and this time of year, spring break, they roll up the sidewalks by 7pm which makes getting dinner a bit iffy at times

We had an overnight stay, we had never been to Garibaldi. It was a fairly easy check in process, comfortable beds, I appreciate the breakfast options and it was fun to hang out at the pool with my kids.

Very well located close to Garibaldi's main attractions. Room was clean and neat. Only negative is that the pool water temperature was not better controled. I've talked to another family who was disapointed by that si we choosed to avoid that.

This was a great hotel. The beds were nice and comfortable, the room was super clean (the pool not as much but my kiddos still had a great time swimming). It was a great choice for spending a night as we were driving through

Our family keeps coming back to this hotel because we love everything about our stay here. The staff are so personable. All of them are friendly and make you feel at home!! The hotel itself is lovely! The common area and the rooms are all beautiful and so clean. We love the fireplace, the pool and hot tub, the breakfast…it’s all wonderful! And the location is close to the beach and several seafood restaurant. We will be back many more time.

This stay was amazing! There were other guests but it felt as if we had the place to ourselves. The outside was slightly disheveled but once we entered I was mind blown how gorgeous it was. The Hot tub was hot and the sauna was a nice plus. Thank you so much for the breakfast. It was very refreshing to not hae to wake up so early for a hot meal with nice space provided in comfort for my family including 2 children to eat. That was a very special perk. We will absolutely be returning in the near future. Excellent experience.
