Holiday Inn Express & Suites Woodward, an IHG Hotel

We’ve stayed at this hotel many times when visiting family. Staff is always friendly and professional, rooms always clean and we love the bedding. Breakfast is prompt and plentiful.

Cleaning should never come in at 8 am when you pay 145.00 before tax for a room and check in late the night before. Check out isn’t till 11 so absolutely NO need to come in at 8 am and scare the absolute crap out of kids and adults still sleeping

Nice large rooms, loved the shower head. There were childrens dirty underwear left in the fold up couch bed.

We didn’t realize it had been updated, so what a surprise when we walked in! It is truly beautiful since the last time we stayed. And we got to swim in the pool on the very last day it was open, prior to their coming upgrade. The kids thought it was great that they could swim with the turtles one more time before they were gone. :-) I only have one suggestion with the pool upgrade, that the flooring be less slippery than the tile that was there previously… Just in the couple of days that we were around the pool, there were many falls and none of them were from running. Overall we had a fantastic time, had lots of inclusions that we didn’t realize were available, and the staff was wonderful. Thank you so much, we will be back! :-)

Great staff, kids loved the pool, breakfast was very well done. Rooms were kinda stuffy and air conditioner struggled to keep room at a cool temp. But would stay again anytime.
