SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Ada

Terrible place to stay we endured a family fighting the entire night long not only were they verbally fighting they were physically fighting when we tried to call the front desk and 911 are phone in our room did not work and unfortunately it happened to be when the phone services were down nationwide so our cell phones didn't work either so needless to say very I'm safe with phones not working and when we addressed this issue to the front desk lady the following morning she wanted to argue with us

We came to Ada to spend time with our youngest daughter and her family before Christmas. We needed a place to stay all night since the weather was iffy. We looked on Hotels.com and decided on Sure Stay because of the price. My husband was going to put it on his Discover Card but it was not accepted for reserving online.

The biggest complaint is just how paper-thin the walls are. I could clearly hear conversations happening in the rooms around and above us, and there was a kid running around in the room above us that caused so much noise it echoed in our room. The bed was also squeaky and wobbly as hell. But overall, the stay was fairly middle-of-the-road.
