Always stay here while visiting family. The staff was very friendly, hard working.

Wonderful room- very comfortable bed, kids loved the pool and mom and dad loved the breakfast and coffee!

Good clean hotel with comfortable beds and nice clean family friendly pool. Excellent hot breakfast with plenty of choices as well.

The lady at the front desk was very rude to me upon checking in. It was like she didn't believe that I prepaid for the room and I was the right person requesting my key card. My family and I just came for a day from Cincinnati to go to the haunted House and have a good time with my son for his birthday weekend. It was uncomfortable everyone watched us like a hawk that has spotted food. The room was clean but we were treated like criminals and neither I nor my husband has a record. I really just wanted to make my son happy for his tenth birthday hopefully you can get some staff that is a lot nicer to your guest. I'm a hard working mom and my husband works hard to. I would just like to be able to get treated equally not a criminal on the run my children weren't happy either I didn't even feel comfortable taking them to the pool because I didn't feel safe

Annual family trip. Best place in town! Great staff great service.
