Baymont Inn & Suites by Wyndham Findlay

The whole holiday with our family could have been ruined but we didn't let it! The floor in our room was so dirty our feet picked up grass and debris that ended up in the bed. There was a used toothpick on the floor..There's no vending or anything for that matter on the 3rd floor, they treat you like a criminal if you ask for a towel on your second morning! There was leftover Pizza in the refrigerator. Breakfast was terrible!! One apple, half rotten orange and I was the first in. Expedia advertised pool but it's been permanently closed, the place needs demolished!

The main reason we chose this hotel was the pool. We were visiting family and wanted a place for the kids to unwind and play since it's cold outside. The pool is permanently closed, though, so that was a disappointment for sure. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest and the tub was rusted which turned the bath water a gross yellow color. One of the "clean" bath towels we received had a large brown stain on it.

The staff was extrwmely polite. The room and bathroom was immaculate. Breakfast was superb. They even had fresh, and I mean chopped strawberries and blueberries, fresh. The selection of breakfast food was awesome. .... and I am rather finicky when it comes to hotel cleanliness and presentation. I will certainly refer this hotel to family and friends. We had a very pleasant stay.

The hotel was good and the staff was very nice and courteous. The place needs to be upgraded and remodeled because it’s old. Overall my family and I spent a very nice weekend in this hotel.

I wish the pool/ pool room had been adequately heated. My kids and I were hoping to swim the evening away but the pool room was very cold and the water was cold. After being outside in the cold, we could not force ourselves into the water. I chose this hotel so we could swim but we could not. It was a disappointment.

The pool area was clean and well maintained, and the breakfast was very good. The staff were very friendly and willing to assist. Our only complaint was that we had six people staying in our room and there were only two bath towels and no pillows or blankets provided for the sleeper sofa. Had to request these items from the front desk. They were very accommodating and provided what we needed but it seems they should ask if you need these additional items at check-in knowing that the rooms are not fully stocked. Otherwise, it was a great deal for our family for the time we stayed.

The hotel is nice, clean and quiet. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a little dated but the bed and pillows were very comfortable and the room was clean. AC worked well, hot water and clean towels. I didn't use the pool. It was probably okay for kids to splash around in but I not for me. The breakfast was okay. It did give several choices - hot food or hard boiled eggs, yogurt and cereal, etc.. Overall not bad. There is a very nice man-made lake to walk around which I love. I walked around each morning when I got up. Overall, a very nice stay. I'd stay again and for the price you can't beat it.

Easy drive from activity we were engaged in at university, food and shopping across highway was a plus. Very disappointed in pool...lack of towels and ph/chemicals in water very irritating to children's eyes, could not swim due to this.

Our stay was fantastic—the concierge was very helpful when we arrived and promptly rectified a situation with our keys not working. The breakfast was delicious and the beds were clean and comfortable. There was enough space in the room to comfortably set up our babies pack n plays as well. Overall an excellent visit! Very pleased!
