Over all a nice place and the young man that checked us was very nice and there was another gentleman I think he was custodian that was at the front and he was very nice. My only issues was the sheets didn’t fit the beds and there were no black out curtains and the lights from outside made it hard to get the baby to sleep.

Stayed one night while in town for a soccer tournament. Our kids loved the indoor pool and there was another family using the common area outdoor patio for a picnic and throwing a football. Front desk was very pleasant and the beds were comfy. Would 100% stay again.

My stay there was great. My pup travels with me and they were loving in her. She loved it. Had the family there to swim in the indoor pool. Had great family time there. The night front desk clerk was friendly and courteous.

Well the stay was ok but the breakfast was not up to standards the lady said there was no milk for cereal ,there was no syrup for waffles, the waffle machine floor and counter was full of waffle mix everywhere no bananas no eggs no bacon only potatoes and sausage and the woman shut half of our kids up in there cause of time so i tjought that was rude plus she took out garbage and put nasty stuff all on floor for a very long time ...

Check in took less than two minutes and the gentleman was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was warm and fulfilling. The attendant was very friendly. All and all my family and I stayed overnight on Christmas. Interacted with three staff members and found them all to be kind and friendly. I doubt I will be I. Town again but would definitely return.

We were super disappointed. I searched for a room that could accommodate my family of 5, and we were given the suggestion of this room at the Hampton. I knew there were two queens, but it said there would be further accomodations upon request. Apparently they no longer have cots or anything to actually accommodate a family of 5, so when I asked the front desk they told me one of us could sleep in the chair in the room. It was laughable! My children ended up all having to sleep in the queen that night after being up since 4am. To top it off, the bathroom was dirty with scum on the sink, and there were twigs on the floor between the beds like the room wasn't even vacuumed. We were extremely disappointed, and do not plan to stay at a Hilton hotel again. Especially since they can no longer accommodate families larger than four in there rooms comfortably. The only saving grace was a decent breakfast the next day before we continued on.

Nice enough place. Other guests who stayed at hotel right across from our room were very loud. Several rooms on our floor were very loud--seems like there were some birthday parties being celebrated there with children.

We stayed there over Thanksgiving and everyone was so nice to my family and I. The man who was doing breakfast was so kind and my kiddos love the hot chocolate. The frontbencher desk man recommended the light show to us in town as well and was very nice.

noisy - kids(I would guess) running up and down the hall - 9:00 pm and later; room too near elevators - I'm a firm believe that NO room should be closer than at least 20 ft; thermostat seemed to be stuck at 75 degrees, which is too warm for sleeping.
