Loved the cleanliness of the hotel, staff was very friendly, pool and hot tub are clean and well maintained. Favorite part was all the Christmas decorations, our kids loved looking at all of them and it really made the hotel seem cozier. Outdoor patio has a beautiful setup with a gorgeous fireplace also!

On way back to Ohio from Hilton Head Island we stopped here to give our kids a break from being stuck in the car. Location was very convenient right off I77. Hotel was nice, clean, friendly staff, restaurants down the road. Only down side is the pool is a bit small and was packed with lots of other vacation travelers. Not really a big issue but just expect the pool to be filled. Overall very satisfied and will return.

Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. No place to eat locally. Lots of kids running around pool area and work out area-should require adult supervision as they were a nuisance to me and my boyfriend. Also we were double charged-once by hotels.com and then the hotel charged us also. Staff was quick to fix their mistake.
