We came in a night early without a reservation. Although they didn’t have our reserved room for that night, they had one cleaned and us moved into our reservation the next morning by 9am. We were there with a large family group and the breakfasts were always great and stocked. Every person I encountered was pleasant and kind. The place has (mostly) been renovated and the rooms and beds are lovely. Thanks for a great trip!

We were attending the US Whitewater Center with 9 grandkids ages 9-17 and this hotel met our needs exactly. The staff was kind, helpful, and accommodating. When we arrived, Expedia had only reserved one room instead of the three I had requested and the clerk on duty was able to correct Expedia’s mistake and make sure we had the rooms we needed. Breakfast was excellent, with hot and cold options and warm sweet rolls to die for.

We stay at this hotel because it is very close to the family we visit often in Belmont, NC. We have stayed here every time we come to this area. It is clean, breakfast is great and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Horrible! Will never stay here again. Room was not clean and didn’t get cleaned during our 3 day stay. Had to get our own towels. Shower was extremely slippery and I fell the first time of stepping in it. A bus load of kids were staying there and were constantly running up and down the hall until midnight, the staff couldn’t seem to control it. There was never enough breakfast for my son and I the next day. The alarm clock in the room next to us started going off at 3 in the morning for 2 hours. The address listed is incorrect
