Room that we got was not even close to the online description. You have to drive to the main building, beach and restaurants or take multiple stairs and slopes( nightmare with kids). They said there is a car service but it stopped operating the next day we arrived. It is a very nice upscale resort but service is not keeping up accordingly.

Overall very good resort very family oriented. The wait time to be served in the restaurant was over 1 hour which is hard for when you have kids
