From when we first booked the room, to check in, then checking out, we were treated like family. The staff is aboveboard, and the hotel is going through a rehab, yet it did not disappoint! Thank you again!

totally disappointed. I stay here because i live in MA and my Grandkids are here. Love a pool as they love to swim. Have stayed here many times before. My kids jumped into the heated pool, lights on everything, and as soon as they were in was told the pool was closed!! How long I asked. Forever they said! New management!! understand, but the pool hasn't been removed yet why couldn't they swim???? I want a rebate. Plus, the internet never worked either. I will never stay here again and i travel here a lot!! Get your act together. No good review here!!!!!! You can do whatever new management never will stay here!!!!

No sure why people allow their children to run down the upstairs hallway at midnight!! And that the staff says nothing to them allowing it to happen!! Will not be staying here again!!

The hotel was dated and the "free breakfast" consisted of room temp yogurt & coffee, nothing else. I was under the impression there was a decent breakfast at Comfort Inns....but apparently not any more. I would NOT recommend to a family traveling.
