Location! Staff was very nice and the deluxe room with two beds was more than enough room for our family. We will definitely be returning to this hotel.

I've stayed at a lot of hotels with my family in new york and I'm happy to say that this will always be my go to hotel for now on in NYC. great restaurant roof top bar and the staff were A+

The experience was better than expected! The check in process was easy! The staff during our stay was wonderful and very helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. The happy hour cocktails were a bonus and generous. Will definitely come back and stay here again. Recommended for family and girlfriends.
