We love staying here because it is quieter than other properties on the same block. I have stayed in other hotels, even right next door, and they were so much noiser. It has a lovely, cozy lounge area with fireplace, and it's one of the few hotels in Manhattan that I've found with an affordable option for a suite. It works great for family members or friends to be able to share a room with bedroom sofabed/living room area. The front desk staff, doorman, and cleaning staff were very kind and friendly.

The hotel is great- well maintained, clean and comfortable. Located in the heart of the city, it's perfectly walkable. There is also a cozy lobby with a fireplace. The only minus is the lack of breakfast- there are no breakfast options, which could be a problem when travelling with kids. There is coffee & water though. Also the rooms are not that big, but they have everything you might need.

This property was so welcoming. We were greeted by Steven, a manager upon arriving, who made us feel very welcome and was equally kind to the kids. The staff was great. The location is really close to Macy’s, and we were there for the parade, so it was good. A small suggestion would be to have a chair with wheels at the desk in the room. It was hard to use the chair there. We had the suite with the one bed and the couch that pulled out and that worked out really well for us. We would absolutely stay here again. It was a great experience!

The suite is a GREAT value for a family of 4 in the heart of Manhattan. Attentive service and lots of space, all things considered.

This hotel was just right for my family. We had our two kids and the room was just enough space to store our things, sleep comfortably and move around in. The hotel is right around the corner from a shopping area (macys, crocs, old navy, etc..). Walking distance from time square and penn station. Of course the only downfall is parking. The weekend is fine but if your traveling on the weekdays be prepared to have to pay to park in the parking deck

Very well located in south central Manhattan. Times Square is walkable. Diner close by was great and very walkable, and easily handle kids allergies. Parking was next door (same street block) and still convenient, but you don't need to drive in Manhattan (just take subway or cab). Overall, a great family experience.

Excellent customer service by Mr. Nikko, Ms. Nicole, and Mr. Jaime. My family of 4 travelled on the busy Labor Day weekend and felt welcomed the minute we stepped through the door. We checked into a great room and enjoyed our stay. We received exceptional service and will definitely return for a future stay. Thank you all for your hospitality.

Not sure why did this hotel get good reviews. It should be in a range of 2-3 stars hotels. They supposed to provide an expedia VIP experience, but they did not honor that. Asked for a baby crib (since hotel website is saying they are providing a crib) before my arrival, and 5 times after I checked in, and they brought us an playard without a mattress or proper sheets. Asked for a sheet multiple times, and only after insisting they brought us a sheet at 11pm!? The manager was raising his voice at us a few times. The room was not clean enough. View from the room: a wall with construction scaffolding. Overall, for $300/per night this experience was horrible. Will not stay here again, especially considering all the choices in NYC
