Wonderful! Pool was nice and clean! Everyone on staff was pleasant and kind! Buffet breakfast was convenient and delicious! Love bringing my grandchildren here❤️

Room was very clean, hotel staff was friendly. My only complaint was no tv channels… Sounds petty but no local channels, 7-8 religious channels, plenty of kids channels, shopping channels, and a couple more. When you have nothing to watch 3-4 hrs before going to sleep it sucks!

Check-in was slow even though only 3 people waiting and 2 staff. Afternoon tea table - barely warm water for tea, had to get hot water at coffee machine across, 6 empty wine bottles in rack on coffee/ tea self-serve table. Rooms were fine. Sunday morning noise from pool invasion by hockey kids.

Nice location. Snack and drink section is nice. Breakfast is $15 a person - we ate elsewhere. Free parking. Some stains on carpet including what looks like a burn mark. Happened to stay during a hockey tournament at the nearby ice rink. Woke up a few times to screaming kids playing in the hall around 10pm.

Staff were not accommodating at all. I got attitude from some staff when asking about prices of lobby snacks and other small asks. I was chased down and embrassed by the guy who serves breakfast. He chased me down tonaign the check and i tried to explain to him that my wife and kids were still at the table eating. Overall, im shocked at my experince at this hotel and I wont be back.

We stayed at the Hilton when in town visiting family in the area. The hotel was great. The property and rooms are well maintained, clean and modern. The staff were really nice and accommodating. We had breakfast at the hotel and it was very good. We will definitely stay here when we return next year.

Standard hotel rooms, clean. I have no complaints. Property saved my family’s overnight trip! Our initial hotel plans were cancelled due to a pool closure. This hotel answered their phone promptly and any questions I had! Very nice staff! Thanks guys! ❤️
