When we arrived there was never anyone at the desk to answer questions etc Once in our room the room was very hot. It never did cool down and at 11:30 p.m we moved to another room with two very tired little kids. The comforter had a huge red stain on it. The ladies at the desk definitely did not enjoy people or their job. Very unpleasant ladies. However, housekeeping were very pleasant people.

Our family got several rooms here for a wedding nearby. What a great place! The attached restaurant is fantastic. The staff were amazing. A couple of the rooms had an indoor balcony overlooking the pool/jacuzzi, which was a great spot to gather and play games!

Great facility, good staff, amazing pool, nice fitness room...however any noise from above rooms is heard and the beds are awful. The beds are NOT child safe if you have a 3-year-old or younger. They're extremely tall and have very sharp wooden corners. When we noticed this, we tried to get a crib but didn't want to pay the extra fee for one.

It was great having a restaurant to go to right there. The suite was incredibly spacious. The breakfast was good. The kids loved the swimming pool (the water was a tad cold for being an indoor pool).

We stayed in a roomy family suite with our Grandkids. The staff was friendly & accommodating. The hotel is cozy, clean & well kept. The pool area is very nice too. Breakfast had many different choices each day & the staff keep everything well stocked. We will definitely return!

Great place to stay highly recommend for families as there is a pool and mini golf on site. Our room in the new wing was clean and spacious. Complimentary breakfast was well serviced with lots of hot and cold options. Plenty of spaces to sit in lobby. Friendly staff. We were here for an anniversary party in the veranda conf room. Staff there was friendly and accommodating
