When we arrived there was never anyone at the desk to answer questions etc Once in our room the room was very hot. It never did cool down and at 11:30 p.m we moved to another room with two very tired little kids. The comforter had a huge red stain on it. The ladies at the desk definitely did not enjoy people or their job. Very unpleasant ladies. However, housekeeping were very pleasant people.

We had a nice stay at this property. Things I liked: ability to book a suite for our family of five, location, pool, mini golf, and hospitality of the people who work here. Things that could be improved: very limited breakfast selection and updating the suite rooms. They are very dated and in need of a refresh. This would not keep me from staying here in the future—it was overall a nice stay, there are just a few things that could be improved.

Best place ever. Stayed with my daughter for a family visit. Pool and hot tube were giant. Huge breakfast each morning.

The hotel staff are very helpful, friendly, professional and open minded when dealing with out of the ordinary situations---always eager to find a satisfactory solution. The property itself is beautiful, quiet, and extremely well appointed and maintained. The rooms are large, gorgeous and well laid out. The breakfast and social areas are spacious, convenient and inviting. This is a very high quality hotel, whether traveling alone, with family, with friends or for business.

Our family got several rooms here for a wedding nearby. What a great place! The attached restaurant is fantastic. The staff were amazing. A couple of the rooms had an indoor balcony overlooking the pool/jacuzzi, which was a great spot to gather and play games!

Great facility, good staff, amazing pool, nice fitness room...however any noise from above rooms is heard and the beds are awful. The beds are NOT child safe if you have a 3-year-old or younger. They're extremely tall and have very sharp wooden corners. When we noticed this, we tried to get a crib but didn't want to pay the extra fee for one.

It was great having a restaurant to go to right there. The suite was incredibly spacious. The breakfast was good. The kids loved the swimming pool (the water was a tad cold for being an indoor pool).
