It was a quick 1 night trip. Chose the hotel for location and airport shuttle. Let them know before the trip I was traveling with kids and getting in late -midnight- and would need a shuttle. They said to get my luggage then use airport phone to call for shuttle. Airport phone didn’t work so I had to look up # to call. Person hung up on me when I was asking where to wait for shuttle - 1st time at this also I didn’t know- found where to wait outside on my own with 2 kids car seats and luggage and then waited 20 min for pick up. Room was fine , clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast ended at 9:30 and kids weren’t up so we didn’t get to eat there. I would stay again if it was just for 1 night.

Front Desk Staff was very friendly. The lady cleaning the rooms was very sweet and friendly alsways has something nice to say as you walked by or even just a friendly smile which is very refreshing at this time. It doesn’t seem to happen very often anymore. I feel like everyone that worked there seemed genuinely happy to be there which makes the stay even better. The breakfast was hands down best hotel breakfast I have had in a long time if ever they have everything!! My kids were thrilled even the cereal were great options. The rooms were very clean. I will definitely stay there again. It also felt very safe.

Beds were terrible, room was just OK for cleanliness. My husband found gum on the headboard. The front door didn't have an automatic door opener so bringing in loads of luggage was very difficult, especially with kids.

I have never had a better nights sleep than I have at the Quality Inn in Belgrade. The bed and especially the pillows are wonderful. I have problems with my neck and I sleep like a baby in the queen bed. We have stayed there,before, just overnight, but have never been disappointed with the cleanlyness and quality.
