Hampton Inn Sedalia

Was a lovely stay but our check out time via Expedia email said noon but it was 11 at the property so they were banging on our door to get us out at 1130 and they were not very kind when I stated that fact. The front desk woman and the lady informing us checkout was 11 literally watched us walk down the entire hallway speaking under their breath. Prior to that we had someone knocking at 9am then again at 1030 to “make sure we were still there”. That is rather annoying esp when you’re trying to get a family ready to leave anyways. Other than that it was fantastic. The guy at the front desk the night before was super kind and helpful.

When we arrived the lady working front desk her name was Levita was very unfriendly. When we first arrived she was very loud and rude to a customer on the phone who was trying to locate the property. She acted like we were a major inconvenience. We always ask for high floor rooms and it is on our profile. We were assigned a room on the first floor and it was a disabled room at that. We asked to be moved and we’re told they don’t do that. We also asked for additional blankets since we had all 4 kids with us and were told they had none. Keep in mind it was only us and a couple other guests in the entire hotel. Not a pleasant experience at all and definitely expect more from Hilton
