Quality Inn & Suites Hannibal

We had a very pleasant stay at the Quality inn and Suites in Hannibal. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The kids enjoyed the pool the most. They had an excellent selection for breakfast and was very tasty. Would definitly stay here again

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. The pool was dirty. The hot tub was a bit cloudy and not very warm. I don't understand why they allow children in diapers in the hot tub. I chose this hotel because of the hot tub but refused to use it unless it was cleaned which did not happen the 3 days we were there.

Staff was great. Breakfast was good and room was huge and very clean. Highly recommend this place for families

A really great place to stay. Nice staff. Very roomy, nice lounge and bar. Very nice family restaurant a few steps away. A few miles from downtown, so nice and quiet.

The pool and hot tub was fun for the kids. Fiddlesticks restaurants just a few feet away is an excellent place to eat.

We arrived late after midnight. There was no one at check in desk, just a sign they would return shortly. I stood and waited and no one came after several minutes i walked around to find a restroom. Afterwards i waited around again at front desk. Some guy walked past with his face buried in his cell phone. I went out to car to tell my husband the situation. He said to give up, i said for 150 bucks we were going to use the room. I went back in waited some more. Then i made the automatic doors open and the guy who had walked past me was the employee. He wasnt very friendly no apology for me waiting. The room was fine. I had to hunt for the sheets for the pull out, there was no blanket for the kids to use.

The hot tub was broken (it was cold) mgt didn't seem too interested in getting it fixed. Lots of kids there - no attempt to keep them quiet late in the evening. The bar was never open.

We enjoyed the Queen Suite while we were there with our family. Everything was clean and spacious. Just a few minor things happened (like an initial plugged toilet), but the staff responded very quickly. We found the staff to be very responsive and helpful when we needed them. The breakfast was superb with lots of great choices. We loved coming down to breakfast each morning. We loved the 24 hour coffee area that was available for us. The pool was great and the kids loved it. Overall, it was a great stay and we hope to be back some day. Thanks!

The wedding party was extremely rude to my family, staff and tore up the motel, Loud, slamming doors all night, screaming & yelling. The staff were upset, coffee all over the floor, counters, once again. Their maintenance man, other guest were all complaining. The staff told us to contact the manager on Monday for a refund. They said they hoped to take the deposit from the wedding party

It was a great trip. Came in to see my family, just stayed 2 nights but my grandkids Loved coming to see me & swim in the pool. Everyone was pleasant. I would definitely stay at a Quality Inn again.
