baseball tournament in town for the weekend and parents did nothing to control kids who were banging on doors of customers; had to call front desk who also failed to control them. Out of a 4 night stay, there was no hot water on Sunday or Monday and there were bugs in the room on Thursday night. They supposedly did a remodel but it was better before -- I will NEVER return to this property.

I know it's not the hotel's fault, but I was hoping for a restful night's sleep and instead was kept awake most of the night by ridiculous noise from the guests in the next room... yelling, kids running around slamming doors etc. I asked the front desk to intervene, but the noise continued until the middle of the night.

My room looked and smelled very clean, the staff was friendly, the location seemed very safe, the other people staying there were mostly families and--all in all--the hotel was adequate for all my needs. On the down side, it's an older hotel and could probably use a carpeting update (the hallways smelled like a gym locker). That said--it was what I needed & a great deal!

The hotel was much better what I expected for $100ish per night. The kids liked the complementary popcorn and the pool was well maintained. The room itself was older but perfectly comfortable for the price. There was a Wi-Fi extender in our room which helped a lot. The breakfast was enjoyed by all of us and had a good selection of hot and cold items. There was a $3.50 fee that wasn't collected at the time of our reservation and listed at check in as a fee for "complementary amenities" which is an oxymoron, but oh well. Overall I would recommend this hotel for families wanting a budget friendly place to stay.

The hotel breakfast was good and had lots of options and everything was clean and in good repair. The only complaint we had was the beds. They seemed very "worn in" and were not very comfortable so we didnt get much sleep course we are used to a harder mattress so if you are looking for a budget friendly hotel close to food and the mall and have a family this is the place to go. We had a good time!

We liked the hot breakfast with multiple choices. We like interior doors to rooms. We were there for a family event and would stay there again if we are in the area

Breakfast had many choices. Coffee, lemonade, & lemon water were always available. Beds & pillows very comfy! Staff were all friendly & helpful. Close to plenty activities. Kids enjoyed the pool, only negative I have for the pool is the floor gets very slippery (2kids fell while we were at the pool).

The location was easy for us in regards to where our family lived. Easy access to 64. The place is a little older so we heard children above us till 12ish am. But room was clean, bed was comfortable and good choices at breakfast. Overall good experience
