Courtyard by Marriott Gulfport Beachfront

We had a great time. The lobby was large enough to have some family members join us there to look at family photos. Everyone was inviting and kind to us. The breakfast was great for my mom and I and I loved my walks on the beach before our day began. Thanks so much!

We get to the hotel at 3pm which was when our check-in was. The lady working the front desk tells me that my room is not ready and will not be for a while. My family and I had just spent 5 hours on the beach and we were tired and had no where else to go. I asked her if I would be receiving some of my money back then. She says to give her a minute and she walked away. She came back and said she has found us a room. After being in the room for less than an hour the AC went out. The fridge would not cook properly and the room had a weird musky smell. After talking to front desk about AC it came back on later, but never completely cooled the room off. After falling asleep and being asleep for hours the fire alarm started chirping. After going downstairs a few times he I informed us to just leave the top part of the alarm off for the night. The next morning I couldn’t get out of their fast enough. NEVER AGAIN will I return.

Everyone was so friendly from the front desk to the housekeeping. Had a great family vacation!
