Hampton Inn Brooklyn Park

He was a great place to stay. Everything was clean and meat. I’ll except for the children that were making noise at 6 o’clock in the morning in the hallways running back-and-forth playing tag.

Great lounge area but the pool is so loud with kids in it you need ear plugs!

Always a good place to stay near family. Nice exercise area.

The facility was newer and first impression was nice. The first morning when I went for breakfast there were unsupervised children running all over the breakfast area. There was food all over the floor and abandoned food and plates of food left all over the breakfast area by the unsupervised children. The last straw for me was a young girl who started to suck on the nozzle of the whipped cream canister and then she put it back with the other condiments. I refused to do breakfast again during our stay. We stayed 3 days and this seemed to be a regular occurrence during the breakfast hours. The towels/washcloths were very worn and seriously looked like cleaning rags. This was very disappointing because my stays at other Hampton Inns have been a better experience.

The young lady who checked me in Babette was so sweet and kind my only child was murmured and I had to get away for a minute or two and I broke down in tears and she was so kind to me. The only issue there was hair, several pieces of hair in our shower and on the floor in the bathroom. Ran out of food. Well, sausages, I should say.

I was a little disappointed in the breakfast options. I have a vegan (no dairy, no animal products) in my family and there were not options available other than fruit. When I asked about it I was told "sorry but if you want something then go across the street to the other hotel". The breakfast area was not kept clean and noticed the worker was on her phone most of the time. The person at the front desk was more helpful than the person working the breakfast area.

Terrible! The front desk staff were rude. The room was dirty, dusty and unclean. There were children racing up and down the halls until late hours in the night, my door was banged on numerous times, waking me up, and then the children would run back down the halls yelling. Called the front desk, only to be given attitude. I love Hampton Inns, but this location was absolutely not what I expected from a Hampton Inn. I will never go back again!

Safe and convenient location for my needs visiting family in the area. Comfortable bed, decent breakfast, and very quiet which was great.
