Snow and ice in the parking lot that was never shoveled, made my kids skip, fall, and get hurt. It snowed last week and it’s just laziness for not shoveling it.

Good location. The area around the hotel was pleasant and neat. We enjoyed the patio outside the pool area very much ! We could have our pizza there and the kids could swim. They were very accommodating with letting our local grandkids swim there. Breakfast was very good and area clean.

My room had obvious dirt on the wall besides just wear and tear. The mattresses, sheets and pillows seem very old and worn and not particularly sanitary. Other guests let their children run up and down the halls until all hours of the night.

Great and comfortable stay for 2 days on a business trip with my family. Bed and pillows are clean and comfortable. We had a goodnight sleep. Room is clean. Just need to clean the shower head please. Breakfast is also good with lots of options. Surroundings are clean, safe and quiet. It is very near walmart and close to lots of restaurants and fast food. Very convenient. Alexandria is a nice, small city. Very clean and we felt safe even walking around at night. People also are friendly.
