Hilton Garden Inn Solomons

The hotel is very nice and clean. The breakfast is fantastic; best I've had at a hotel in a long time. The only part that was disappointing was the indoor pool and hot tub. The water temp was so cold that kids lips turned blue in no time. Even the hot tub had cold water in it. I'm not sure if the heater was broken or if this is the norm for this hotel. Having kids in tow I would consider a different hotel just to keep them happy.

I really did enjoy my weekend trip in Solomons Island. My Fiance and I came down for a mini vacay to celebrate my birthday. We chose Solomons because my sister and her family live minutes down the road in Lusby and i wanted to be able to spend time with them. The hotel was very nice. I liked that they had an indoor pool as well as an outdoor pool and a hot tub. We stayed in a jacuzzi room which was very nice. The only complaint i have is the comfort of the bed. I felt like i was sleeping on a really big brick! more hotels need to offer memory foam mattresses or more plush mattresses.

Visiting family and Solomons Island. Great location and within a 5 min drive to the main areas. The hotel is in the parking lot of a brewery/restaurant and very close to a grocery/shopping plaza- so location is perfect. Our rooms were clean and everyone was very friendly. The beds were ok and the pillows were not great! (Bring your ownnif you can) There was a Kuerig in the room BUT, they did not have any regular coffee cups and the only coffee in the lobby is pulled at 12pm. They charge for their breakfast and food- so I had to go elsewhere for coffee. I would say, that was my only real complaint.
