Love the location. Beautiful view and is convenient to walk around for museums and shopping. Amazing sunset at the harbor just across the street. The hotel no longer provides breakfast and the onsite restaurant is closed. The room is clean and spacious with a closed porch, which is nice. Soundproof is bad. People with kids are loud slamming the doors and talking in the hallway. You can hear next room if the TV is on or if speak loud.

The staff was very nice and my room was clean with a nice view of the harbor. There were some noisy people on my floor yelling and swearing for over 2 hours in the hallway at their kids that were running in the halls and banging on doors but the staff took care of it. It is in a convenient location.

We chose this place because we were coming in from out-of-town, and had a change of venue from an event were attending. This was the "cheapest" place to find, and the reviews were okay (or at least better than the places close by), so I booked a night. The front desk girl was nice, but mid-way through the evening she didn't seem like she wanted to be there. The girl for check-out looked like she just got there and already wanted to leave. The room upon arrival had a strong fishy odor. Not something you want when a person in your party is allergic to fish. We opened the windows, which were poorly installed, didn't close/open properly, and were filthy, to let in some air even though it was only 40° outside. The room was "clean" enough. Bed and pillows were clean, but floor had dirt it and the bathroom could have used a good scrub down and fresh coat of paint... it had old toothpaste on walls and some dirt on baseboards. The pool was the only redeeming quality. It was cool, good size, and the area had a newer hot tub and sauna! The sauna looked brand new! My kids played for a few hours down there, and I had to drag them out, they were having a ton of fun! The restaurant attached was clean and very well staffed with good food (not great, but good). We were the youngest family there by a generation, because no one eating there looked under 60! If you think you are getting a "free" breakfast, think again! You get a voucher for $5 off your breakfast... not great, but just meh.
