Hampton Inn Bath (Brunswick Area)

This was just a quick overnight stay for my family of four. The staff was super inviting and friendly. The room was very clean and left no hesitation to book there again. I left my airpods there and they were turned in. The staff were so gracious and mailed them to me once found.

Didn’t even stay !!! Couldn’t even stay, after the they way we were treated. Not really family friendly, They have a 18/21 discrepancy for checkin. Call before booking !! The front staff clearly lacks customer service. And was zero accommodating. Leaving the Hampton inn a very poor choice for any future trips with their policy. And made it clear. No child under 21 is allowed in the room or building without being 21 years of age. Not family friendly !!!

The hotel is beautiful and overlooks the river. The hotel is placed in a convenient location to Route 1, stores and restaurants. I felt safe having my children in the hotel. The staff was very friendly and answered all of questions with a smile. The main areas of the hotel are kept up. The bathrooms near the pool were stocked and overall clean. The pool area has chairs and tables set up and towels to dry off. The pool water is set at a nice temperature and the room is kept warm so its not too shocking when you get out. The overall appearance when you walked into the room was clean and pleasant. The river view, which is a slight upcharge, was completely worth it! Sadly, the pool itself is very small, in overall size and depth. The hot breakfast was quite limited in choices. A family favorite is the offering of omelets made per request. The hotel rooms were decent in size, but not very clean. We found a prior guest's sock and ear plug. The rug was in need of a steam cleaning. The bathroom needed to be scrubbed, there was a lot of grime and dust built up.

Had a lovely stay with family at the hotel. We reserved a river view and it was a lovely view and the location was super convenient for us.

Nice clean room. The pool and hot tub area are nice but small. Breakfast was good with options for the whole family.
