Best Western Plus Olathe Hotel

Have stayed here before when visiting family. Highly recommend

We have stayed at this hotel before when visiting family. The location and ease of access is one main reason. Another is there full service breakfast bar. Will definitely stay again when in the atea

Nice hotel but had dogs and kids running and barking till late, room was clean but sheets had stains , bathroom was clean and nice but zero counter space

When checking in, there was an error on Expedia’s end, stating we had not paid. I presented the desk clerk with my online bank transactions showing the amount was taken from my account. Rather than making us wait, he quickly gave us our keys and told us that he would contact Expedia but to enjoy our stay. I’m the past, we have had to wait while staff sorted it out or told to contact Expedia ourselves. Very considerate of him as we have two rambunctious children and were tired out. Will book again.

Although the property is updated, there were definite signs of dated furniture and fixtures. For a double bed, there is only a single TV, so if you have kids (like we do), it may be beneficial to book the king bed with pull out sofa. Another thing is that the TV volume is limited, so it wouldn't cause neighbors to complain. We had a neighbor next to our room, but we hardly heard them - which is a good thing - it indicates that the walls are not paper thin. Overall it is acceptable for the cost.

The pool was great for the kids. Hot tub could have been hotter. Free breakfast and coffee was amazing!

Love the prompt service and ease of access right off of I35. Only thing is that when we stayed there was a youth soccer team who’s kids were running around and screaming. Kids will be kids. Other than that it was relatively quiet through out the night.

Stayed for 2 nights (family of 4) while attending a social event in the KC area. Had a great stay * reached after midnight. The area was safe and well lit with an attendant present. * was initially assigned a room on the ground level. It smelled a bit funky on entering. Requested a change immediately, and was given another room on the 3rd floor. This one was nice. * Breakfast was good - with fruit, eggs, sausage/bacon, bagels, toast etc. as well as a waffle making station. * Room service was provided upon request after the 1st night. * There is a 7-11 next door for convenience items and food. Also a McDonalds and Taco Bell nearby. A couple of minor complaints. 1. The bulbs in the rooms seemed under-powered. Lights were rather dim 2. There was a posted note at the breakfast counter that said Gluten Free options were available - but the workers there did not seem to know about it.

Nice location. Easy on/off I-35 in Olathe. Clean rooms. Got room w/ two queen beds and still had enough room to "spread out" with our family of 5. Complimentary breakfast was good. Clean eating area. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our 3rd time staying here when we come visit family in Spring Hill. It is so nice and clean, reasonable rates and kind people. This is our favorite of all that we've tried, so far.
