Sleep Inn North Liberty

I booked my hotel room going off of pictures from the website but was extremely disappointed in the entire stay because of the condition of the hotel. Our first room smelled awful of smoke and it was a non smoking room and It was really musty and hot in there. We unpacked our stuff and got our children ready to swim but while changing my daughter I come across a bed bug. We immediately pack up our stuff and go the front desk who moved us rooms immediately. We had to move all of our stuff to a different floor and unpack yet again after throughly tearing the room apart and putting it back together to make sure there we no more bugs. We then went down to swim only to find the hot tub was not in service and the pool had piles every at the bottom of dirt that was visible as soon as you walked in the pool area. When it came time to go to sleep I couldn’t sleep because I just felt like I was going to wake up with bugs. The hotel staff was very friendly but I just wish the would have had a clean hotel. My entire mini trip with my family was not a memorable one

Clean, comfortable beds (supportive and not saggy!), with helpful hardworking staff. We love staying at this affordable hotel when we come to visit family.

Very clean. Was very busy, lots of families with kids but not overly loud or disrupting. Highway noise. Would have liked a phone charging jack.
