The room was clean and comfortable. The pool would have been nice, but there were many kids being noisy and leaving the pool area a mess. The hot tub was not working properly....it was not hot and not all the jets were working.

The place is outdated and nothing fancy to look at, but it was clean, comfortable, customer service was good and the pool and hot tub were greatly appreciated by me and my family.

We meet family members in the Marion area. We all were very happy with our rooms, breakfast and availability to restaurants in the area.

Have stayed at this location several times no issues. Recently went for a weekend stay with my kids to visit family. We checked out at 10:30 AM (their check out time is 11) room was left almost as we found it as we only slept there. At 10:32 AM that same day they charged my card $350 for SMOKING in the room! The room is non smoking it is illegal to have a smoking room with children in Illinois we DID NOT smoke in that room! I called and spoke with their manager who was VERY pleasant and such a pleasure to work with! Told me he would call me back, I had to call him back as he got busy and didn’t call with in the time frame he said. The housekeeper lied and had said she found tobacco and the room smelled like smoke!!! He said she DID NOT take pics to show the tobacco found and the room DID NOT smell like smoke when he went in there!!! So he did reverse the charge! So very thankful for him and expressed such! But WILL NOT risk staying here again for a $350 LIE!!!

Everything was nice. It was just a little rough that the elevator didn't work on our last day. But I know that things happen. Overall we do enjoy staying here. The free breakfast is great. The staff is friendly. The room with a king bed is roomy and perfect for me and my two kids. I will continue to stay here when I visit my sister.
