our favorite hotel, very nice property, convenient, we slept like a baby, staff was friendly

The room soze was so nice! Lots of extra space compared to the average hotel room. The pool was down the weekend we were there, which is one reason we booked this hotel. Our room was very close to the "meeting room". An event was held there Saturday night. The only advice i wpuld give to the hotel staff would be to not put a family that close when they know they have an event. Loud music was booming until at least 11pm.

We stay here regularly when we come in town for family reasons. The room we choose satisfies what we need and the pond view is nice. Always clean and attended to. The only needed updating is the carpet and decor. But we will stay there when we return to town

PROS; Parking was good. 1st floor room that overlooked a small lake/pond with rear room door access to small patio or sit by the water nice view of sunset. CONS; Patio chair was broken chair, so no where to sit The breakfast was horrible, better at McDonalds, got to my room and the trash can was full of beer cans, beds looked like they were made by a 7 year child, pulled the sheets back in the bed and there was a used straw and some type of rolled plastic under my covers. Would not stay here again

Honestly I can’t wait to stay here again! I was traveling alone with my two young daughters a couple of days before Christmas. The welcoming employee was so friendly and greeted me upon arrival by name and with cookies for my kids. The parking lot is safe, well lit and plenty of parking. Aside from a stray hair in the bathtub and a tiny bug, this place was clean and so spacious. Highly recommend!

Pros: Good breakfast, convenient location, nice lobby, pleasant view around the pond behind the property. Staff were incredibly nice, especially when we had a child get sick during the night. Cons: Water was always tepid; never really got hot. Floor could've been swept/vacuumed better. Not really a complaint, but a suggestion... it would be awesome to have a walking path around the pond! It is beautiful out there, especially in the morning. I saw an egret, so that was fun. :)

We had family in town for Thanksgiving. This establishment was very nice and it made me happy that I could provide a pleasant space close to my home for family.

We used to stay here all the time HOWEVER this last time was horrible. Horrible case of bedbugs. It caused major anxiety for my family. The manager was pleasant, however the staff isn’t thoroughly checking the conditions of their rooms. I received a refund, but we had to completely spend several hours of debugging once we arrived home. They need to close the entire hotel down and do a deep cleaning and debugging. We will be reaching out to report this on a higher level.

Sadly, it was one disappointment after another. Booked a room with a fireplace; room we git didn't have one. When asked to switch, front desk girl said it didn't matter since they were not turned on until November. Whirlpool was closed. Indoor pool was freezing cold. Birthday party with kids running in and out was taking place, too. Restaurant was closed. TVs are small. Sofabed was uncomfortable; springs felt. Hot water took awhile to be felt. French doors were a nice touch. Balcony lake view was great. Breakfast was also good with lots of variety. Place was clean and kitchen in unit was very well supplied. Odd that bedroom master light switch was located by entry door.
