Horrible Check in. Gave me a room I couldnt get into. Had to wait 30 minutes just for someone to come to front desk. Was here to enjoy my family reunion and this experience at this hotel was the worse part of the entire trip.

The front desk manager was impertinent. When I checked in and went to our rooms, one of the rooms had bedding that smelled bad. When I informed her of this, she seemed to consider my concerns as disingenuous, unnecessary, and irrational. I had to eventually beg her to let me have clean sheets & pillow cases to put in the bed myself, which she reluctantly and eventually gave me. So I, with the help of my elderly and tired parents, had to remake the bed themselves. Some of the other workers were kind and helpful. However, she set the atmosphere and became the catalyst for me & my family to conclude that we would never return there ever again.

It was perfect. My friend and I both booked rooms for one night after taking our little ones to Callaway Gardens Pumpkin festival. The room was fairly clean. I did see a lady bug... (which was not scary). I loved the hardwood floors! We ordered door dash and everything was great. No issues.

The room had a very bad urine odor that we didn’t notice right away due to the overcompensated carpet deodorizer. My children asked me later in the night what the really bad smell in the room was and it was so strong that it prevented me from sleeping on that side of the room next to the occasional chair that was very soiled. I’m not sure if the urine was in the chair or carpet but it needs immediate attention.
