Third time to stay here. We live in Tampa Bay but have family in GA. We arrived about an hour early after an 9 hour drive. I asked if room was ready and was told YES. we are 82 yrs old and was shocked you carged us $ 25 extra because we arrived "early" when we were told our room was avaiable. UNACCEPTABLE. Next trip we will stay elseware.

Got to our room and it had not been cleaned Had to move ourselves to another room after I uncloggied a toilet we had nothing to do with., also a window was wide open with no screen on the third flloor, kids and dog could have fallen out of the window. Heat was blasting , and used soap was never replaced. Disgusting and obviously they do not check after their housekeeping. I feel i deserve a refund after this experience.

The beds were so comfortable, which is what counts the most, I slept like a bear in winter. The TV didnt work from previous occupant re-arranging cables, but a work order had it quickly fixed. I thought the breakfast was above average having stayed at several hotels in my lifetime, so this place is great for the family. There are lots of places to walk to/from within a city block to a shopping outlet and restaurants. I give this 4.9 stars out of 5.

My check in experience was pretty good. Staff was really nice. The following night my keys didn’t work. Called from desk. No answer. Finally someone else had to call. She wasn’t pleasant. Went down to reprogram the keys. Didn’t work. She was called again. No answer had to go back to the office. No one wasn’t there. Ask family member to call again. Was told she is busy with another guest will come up . She finally came up and let us in. The problem is she was not at the desk and no guest wasn’t there . Because I went down there.

On a Sunday night alot of people in the parking lot of the hotel smoking weed and it wasn't controlled by the hotel. At least ask them to take it elsewhere. Security or staff should consider the families that were staying there.

Staff were friendly. Room was clean. Unfortunately the room next door was PACKED with kids and dogs. At least 2 dogs and 8-10 children, TV blaring, kids screaming all night. They went to bed at 1am. Parents woke them up at 430am and it started all over. No rest.

This property is a joke. The entrance looks great but once you walk in the rooms you will change your mind about this place. Me and my family stayed the first night. The next day we notice bed bugs in the bed and me and my pregnant fiancé and 2 year old all have bite marks on us from being bitten by bed bugs. When asked for a refund they told me I had to contact Expedia. You would think after an inconvenience on their behalf that they wouldn’t even charge me for that night. Nope they charged me for a night where my whole family was bitten. I highly recommend you stay somewhere else

Stayed for 1 night in Atlanta and this was great. 8/10 the ppl in the room beside us had kids and you could hear them through the thin walls and the room we were in had a weird odor. The breakfast had a good set up and the staff was real good about keeping up with it but it was good for 1 night

Ultimately you don't expect much when you only pay $200 for a hotel for three nights, however, a toddler bed was not provided per the hotels advertisment and the hallways smelled terribly of marijuana. This hotel claims to be family friendly? The beds were extremely hard, the floor probably would have been softer! The bathtub was gross and stained, the microwave sparked and flickered, the TV screen went in and out, generally speaking it was a suitable place to sleep for a very short amount of time if you don't have much money, but beyond that I will not be staying at this hotel again if I can avoid it.
