Hampton Inn & Suites Stuart-North

Enjoyed my one stay at the Hotel. Service was outstanding, the comfort of the room was great. My family enjoyed a well rested night. My only suggestion is to have the cloth curtains to be clipped with something so it does not prevent the A/C wall ventilation stacked in between the curtains. This creates a little of discomfort with A/C no cool the room correctly. Other than that. Excellent!

The room had a double bed and on appearance was good. The only thing was that we felt like we were being bitten (I was in one bed and my mother was in the second bed who also had the same issue and said her skin was irritated). She also stated the towels were unclean and with an unclean smell. The water also had a weird smell and taste so we bought water to brush our teeth and was our face. There is hot food options at breakfast, but I must say that the quality is not good and I tried twice to eat it. I just don't understand how it is possible to be allowed to serve this type of food (eggs/sausage did not seem real). There are muffins and break and a few fruit. The juices also smelled the same as the water in the bathroom. The best part of this stay truly was the receptionist Moses. He is the best receptionist and very nice. We only stayed for two nights, and it was a last minute trip that my small family did enjoy for the most part.

The staff at Hampton Inn are very attentive to my personal needs. They are pleasant, patient and kind. Their presentation is always professional. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends and family. Thank you!

This was our third time staying at this hotel. We have been staying here when we visit our family in Port St. Lucie. This hotel has been excellent for all three stays. Very clean. Great staff, great location.

This is my second time here because the location is where I need to be close to family. The biggest issue I have is that the Air Conditioner is SO LOUD ;( Every time it kicks on I woke up. Grrrr. And I forgot my ear plugs. Can’t stay here again. (And I’m a Floridian, so I’m used to A/C).

We had a very good stay. Room was very good, quiet,clean and spacious. Convenient to parking. Our only problem, was a very small pool area. And i was taken over by kids softball group. Not able to sit around the pool or swim. But we went to the beach instead, so all was good.

I have stayed at this hotel several times (it is local to me and my family). However, I will never stay here or a Hilton again. The stay started with an issue that management refused to resolve. Not only that but the GM hid from it and never even bothered to reach out. The condition of the property is terrible and there are bugs crawling in the night. Stay at your own discretion but highly do not recommend.

From the minute I booked the hotel to the end of our stay, Kenneth and his staff were very professional, friendly, and accommodating. The cleaning staff made sure we had what we needed and did so with a friendly attitude. Meeting Kenneth in person after our wonderful phone conversation made this place even more special, and I know this will be our go-to place every time we come down to visit family. If Kenneth is not a manager, he should be! And the kitchen staff were on point as well! Overall, 10 out of 10, would recommend all day every day!

The staff at this hotel are so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. People are respectful and this is a quiet, low-key, cordial place. Lots of families and business guests who need rest and quiet. Breakfast is excellent.
