Check in fast. I requested a room close to my family and they did it. The room and space very clean and new.

Several room options at affordable rates. We were able to get a suite to sleep our family of 5. Pool and separate patio area on premises. Breakfast included. Plenty of dining and shoppping options nearby. Bathroom did not have an exhaust fan, so it was always foggy and wet.

Great family stay! Loved the breakfast options and the different daily options to choose from. Pool with Tiki Bar was fun. The complementary beach gear was a nice, added bonus. Rooms were spacious and clean. The only confusing thing when booking is understanding that Amenti and Magnolia Point are two separate properties that share the pool. I wish I had something negative to write and review so they would invite us back, haha.

Clean comfortable rooms with nice views on upper floors. Has a great pool for kids and tiki bar for aldults!

Stayed for a baseball tournament with the family and the room was spacious and comfortable.

Cleaning staff was great. Did a great job keeping our room clean and were very friendly. The room itself is nothing special, but being clean earns it two thumbs up. The shower pressure was also outstanding. The pool across the parking lot was very nice too. Nice lounge seating and Billys Tiki Bar was cool too. There's also a bunch of restaurants and shops nearby. Easy driving distance to a lot amenities. Pound for pound, for a 2/3 star hotel, should be getting 5/5 but it won't because despite reserving a room with 2 Queen beds a month in advance, when we arrived the concierge told me they overbooked those rooms so they put us in a King and pull-out. I realize this is 1st-world issue territory, but when someone RESERVES a room with 2 queens then that room should be held for them. Especially when I'd bet my last dollar that I reserved my room earlier than most. The next morning I asked the same concierge if any 2 queen rooms had opened up for us to switch and without checking the system concluded there was not. Later that afternoon a parent and child checked in. I overheard her say it was for a 2 queen room. Why couldn't they have moved us to that room and this person to our room? No effort was made to correct their mistake. In the future, maybe not overbook just so you can fill your least-desirable rooms and screw someone else over.

I was there with my family for the Thanksgiving weekend. The rooms we're very spacious & clean.. The staff was helpful & the kids enjoyed the breakfast. Great location.

Service was very hot or miss. Only one elevator worked in the 6 floor building so waiting times were long. Ice maker did not work on our level. No coffee left at breakfast(ouch) and for the number of people there for breakfast they could have made an effort to keep things stocked. Pool was not working when we arrived, though was fixed. Pool towels were very poor quality and barely large enough for a child. Housekeeping was great and facility was clean but the service was not befitting such a attractive hotel

Thin walls, you can hear everything, the hotel was very clean, 3 am kids crying and running around, you can hear waking, stepping, knocking, everything. If it’s a vacation great, but I was on business and couldn’t get much sleep. You have to walk across the parking lot to use the pool. There wasn’t much of a breakfast unless you pay extra. Staff very nice. Overall very good hotel because it is new.

Very spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. Seems newly renovated. Friendly and courteous staff at the front desk and behind the counter in the breakfast area. The only issue we had was that they changed what was included in the complimentary breakfast just a few days before our arrival. You have to pay extra for eggs, meats, pancakes / waffles. the basics like bagels, cereal, fruit, coffee, juices etc are still free. However since we were traveling with kids, this was one of our primary reasons for booking this property. We did bring this up to the front desk and she as well as the manager was nice enough to comp the kids full breakfast during the stay which was nice. We will def stay here again.
