Holiday Inn Express & Suites St. Petersburg - Madeira Beach, an IHG Hotel

Quick trip to meet up with family. Emily at front desk for check in was great.

We use this hotel for our stay cations and always love it we get so much for the price the hotel staff is super friendly pool hours are great for kids pet friendly etc love it there

Everyone was great, however it was Luke that left the lasting impression on myself and family. A genuine good soul, with the hospitality to match it. Funny thing we both had a love for cowboy hats, I don’t know if he can wear them or not, but if he could that would be great. Thanks

We brought the grandkids to St Pete to go to the beach and have a relaxing overnight stay. The hotel was clean, room size was great, and the included breakfast was very nice. We like this location for its proximity to the beach and John's Pass.

Friendly informative staff I like the pool hours my kids enjoyed swimming after dark, the breakfast was also amazing we had a great stay

The room was good size, loved having a Kuerig in my room, shower was nice. My only complaint is the pool it is tiny way too small for the amount of guests. There is a fence with gate that goes to parking lot and 4 high school kids were playing chicken in pool being loud then they were making out in hot tub in front of my grandson. They weren’t even guests just calm to use pool!

It was family trip.customer service and check in was fast and good,but the room's smell was awful and pillows smell was terrible.My husband has allergy to pet ,he got stuffy nose and itching all over his body.we asked to change our room.The lady in front office was so nice and she changed the room which was room 217 to 227 .the new room's smell was good but pillows smelled so bad .This is a big hotel with 5 floors.they should keep at least one floor for the guests who has allergy to pet ant use that floor for guests with pet.because even though you clean the pet friendly room the smell stays forever.We always stay in hollyday in hotels .We were happy all the time except this time.

My family and i had a great time , customer service was great overall. The only issues was in our room we had a pest control issue and it was not pleasant we addressed it with the staff and they toke action and moved us to a different room.

This is our second time staying at this property and definitely will not be our last. Check-in was easy abd the staff was very friendly. Luggage carts were readily available and on-site parking had lots of options. I reserved two rooms and we were next to each other which was great! Breakfast provided many options and was fresh. The staff engaged guests in friendly conversation while the got their food. The hotel has a shuttle which runs hourly from 9 am to 9 pm offering transportation to the beach, Johns Walk, and other places within a five mile radius. Beach towels were provided and we were also abke to check out two beach chairs from the front desk. The shuttle driver made recommendations based on questions we asked about things to do and where to dine. Staff greated us each time we returned to property. In the room full size Dove Toiletry products were available. We had family stop by and were able to sit in spacious, clean, and comfortable lobby to converse. There is a Super Wal-Mart in the adjoining parking lot in case you forgot or need anything. Also, dining options in that parking lot in case you don't want to drive. This will be our hotel of choice when we are visiting St. Petersburg, FL.

The property was nice and very well located, near beautiful beaches, entertainment and restaurants. The staff was friendly and warm, the pool area very nice and calm. There’s a Walmart just besides the hotel, which is very convenient, specially if you are traveling with kids. Good breakfast, the complimentary shuttle to the beach and John’s Pass is a very good plus.
