Just an amazing time and an amazing resort. Close enough to Disney, but not too close. Families staying there, but not overwhelmed with small children. Truly the Goldilocks recipe.

The only negative comment that I have is that noise from surrounding rooms is high. You can literally hear people talking and children screaming at all hours.

The Swan is a great family friendly experience with many options for dining, a quick bite, conveniently located to the park & other hotels, The Boardwalk & walkable to Epcot. Great service & amenities.

This hotel (sort of) takes the overflow from the older WDW Dolphin and WDW Swan hotels, and was more reasonably priced. As a guest of the Swan Reserve, you can also use most of the facilities at the Dolphin and Swan, and have early park access on selected days. This hotel is clean, modern, and has access to lots of facilities - including its own pool (plus access to those at the Swan and Dolphin, which may be better for young kids). The only downside is that it’s slightly further to walk into the parks from the Swan Reserve, but that wasn’t an issue for us.

This hotel had the lumpiest beds I’ve ever tried to sleep in. None of the family walked away without back pain (other than our 8 yr old that slept on the couch)

This is our new favorite hotel at Walt Disney world property. Not only is it close to a great area but the family suites are superb. Fits 6 people COMFORTABLY and no matter the room, the views are fantastic. Plus side that it’s a smaller hotel, not as overwhelming as other ones.

Great hotel. Stayed here with my two babies. Lovely experience. Only thing is they have a limited amount of food for room service, other than that it’s perfect. Attention to detail and very clean

Nice clean and spacious rooms. Love the modern and updated decor. Great location and really easy walk to the ferry boats at Swan/Dolphin. Also close walk to the Swan pools that you can also use. My kiddos loved Robert at the bell desk. He really made an impression and made our family feel well taken care of.
