Beautiful property, clean , good food and drinks , liked that it was mostly adults - but can see it’s also family friendly . Great room , we had a room facing the water way . Friendly staff . Nice location , was quiet but a short 10-15 minute car ride to Duval street .

Great location. Quick check in. Good valet service & price. Hotel very clean, big rooms, standard room was fine for family of 4. Pool & bar were good, happy hour was fab. Walgreens right next door & open 24hrs if you need anything. Would highly recommend Fishizzle for fishing charters also.

We had a really great stay! The grounds were beautiful, the pools were gorgeous, and the drinks were fantastic. The cost of food here was definitely pricey for the quality. One thing I do want to note is that to get to your room you need to enter two doors. Both doors really required a forceful push to close and lock it which was quite strange. I also wanted to note that since each hotel suite has two rooms, the upstairs guests can be quite loud. The guests staying above us had children running up and down the steps keeping us up which was not ideal. We also had an instance where the sheets we received after being washed had a tear in them and a small stain on the duvet. Despite those circumstances, the room was spacious and we enjoyed having a patio to walk out onto. Every staff member was very kind too. My one suggestion is for an increase in shuttle opportunities. Having them stop at 4:30 really was ideal, when we booked here and heard there was a shuttle we were banking in the shuttle being available to drop us off for dinner and to find another one to pick us up but that wasn’t the case. It cost us nearly $20 each way to grab Ubers if and when the shuttle was too packed to take us the day of which happened twice even despite having a reservation for the hotel shuttle. Overall, we’d consider staying here again but we would maybe rethink having a car on site so that we’re not relying on the hotel. We also might want to request staying on a top level next time

There was a raccoon on my porch. The bathrooms were dirty and the towels were dirty. One of the front desks didn’t make me feel as welcomed. She made me feel like I was a little kid that has never stayed at a hotel. The AC vents were dusty and it spiked my allergies, I had a runny nose and sneezing all day. I haven’t felt like this all year until I went inside our room. The pools were hot and it’s 110 degrees outside. Just overall I don’t plan on staying here again.

Great place and super quiet. Didn’t have too many children when we stayed either. Food was great. Room services and house keeping were both excellent. Jet skis being right next door was an extra treat!

This time I have a big group: 2 kids with 4 seniors over 70 years. This hotel has the perfect 3 bedrooms for our group. The kids enjoy the pool, I enjoyed the drinks and my parents with grand aunt and uncle enjoyed the view.

We had a great stay at this property. It was so quaint and they heated pools were so nice to hang out at. The staff were friendly and the room was nice. The only eerk is that you are forced to pay for valet parking daily - $18US. I didn’t see that mentioned anywhere and found it annoying that there were not other options. However overall, we had a delightful time, our two kids spent a lot of time at the pool and we liked we could hang out at the pool resto/bar from morning to night while supervising them (and we had a nice ground floor room near the pools, plus we were happy to hop into the water as it was so warm).
