Great for families. Clean bedrooms.

like I said before cushions are wet cannot use it the first day at the balcony and coffee maker is missing a piece so cannot make a coffee in the room but other than that it is a good stay. My family has a comfort which is the most important to me.

Overall we had a fantastic time - loved our large, beautiful family room and the pool. Be aware that you are right next to the airport though and planes land and take off regularly. The thing that bothered us the most was the amount of plastic waste at breakfast. The hotel only provided plastic cups, plastic cutlery and paper plates. So bad for the planet and absolutely unforgivable these days! This would be reason enough for us not to stay there again unfortunately!

We wanted a quick getaway before the kids went back to school and decided on Key West. The Hampton Inn was clean, the staff was so nice and the food and Tiki Bar was great! The shuttle bus was very convenient. The only downside to this place is the airport right behind you. Yes you hear the noise and see the planes taking off.

Sheets need to be changed ever other day. I was staying 4 nights and had to ask for clean sheets to change my sheets. Very little water pressure in the shower. Highly disappointed, then was charged an extra $130.00 at checkout for “resort” fee. For what? While in the pool I noticed people with their kids comin into the pool that didn’t stay at hotel. They said it was hot and they didn’t have a pool . Outsiders had easy excess to pool not to mention the big mess they left . Won’t be staying there again. But the driver of the bus that took us to and from airport was great!!

I went with my mom and my two teens. The girls were disappointed that the advertised gym lacked any working equipment. There were a few weights. My mom and I were disappointed that the “complimentary” drinks card gets you the most revolting margarita with orange juice but won’t get your kid a virgin Piña Colada. The pool was gorgeous but be forewarned there are planes regularly flying overhead which initially startled me. The pool is a lovely amoeba shape overhung by palm trees. The temperature of both air and water was perfect. To get into town without a car, you have to rely on the hotel shuttle, which runs every 45 minutes, or pay for a taxi or Uber. You can’t really walk anywhere except a couple restaurants near by. I’m the person who arranged the trip and chose this hotel pretty disappointing overall. I understand KW is expensive but the cost of the 4 nights here was not reflected in the facilities or amenities Details like the v unexciting breakfast may not seem deal-breaking but they add up to a bad experience. I would never stay here again though we do want to return to KW.

We had a great time in Key West! The planes are loud but don't interfere with sleeping hours. My kids slept through the noise. It didnt really bother us much, but there are some larger jet engines that are loud if you are outside. Breakfast was great! The hotel was clean and well taken care of! The pool was a little salty and a pool light fell out with people swimming around it. Overall this is a GREAT option for families away from the Duval crawl.

Stayed here with my husband and two kids for our Key West vacation and I could not have picked a better place. Loved the amenities, the pool was so relaxing, the bar there was awesome, drinks and food ordered was a breeze. Towels, water always available. The breakfast was top notch, not your ordinary hotel breakfast. We really loved it. The staff was kind and helpful. If you are worried about being close to the airport like I was don’t be, no flights at night and it really was not that bad, I’m a light sleeper and fell asleep at the pool and did not hear any planes. The balcony overlooking the pool was relaxing. Don’t hesitate to pick here for your stay!

We arrived later (due to airline canceling our connecting flight) than we wanted to the hotel. Arrived at 1 in the morning, and Joseph (the night clerk) was super friendly. He apologised to us for our crappy flight (which he didn't need to since he was not in control of the airline) but assured us that we were in good hands. His smile lighted up the room and was a pleasure to see after our long day. He made checking in easy peasy and told us where Our room was located. Once in the room, they had put a bottle of champagne there for us (it was our honeymoon). The hotel was clean, easy for location, walking distance from the airport. Loved the breakfast, something served different every day. The shuttle to downtown was super nice. All the shuttle drivers were a joy to see and meet. I would highly recommend this hotel if you want a nice quiet place to relax. Wonderful pool and great little tiki bar to get drinks at. Only down side was there were sooooo many kids there (I thought they would have been in school?) and the loud kid yelling got annoying after a bit. We don't have kids so I didn't really want to hear a bunch of kids yelling and splashing around in the pool. Other than that......great stay!!
