The room wasnt clean. There was pretzels smashed in the pull out couch. The linens and blankets were not clean. They had not been changed. There was children screaming on the balconies. The hot breakfast bar didnt have waffels or pancakes. The mini fridge smelled and had a roach in it. The pillows were very flat and not comfortable. The chair in the living room was dirty and very stained. The furniture has not been updated since the 70's. The couch fabric was very uncomfortable. The thermostat did not work properly.

This hotel was amazing! We’re already planning our next visit. Initially, this was a one off trip but we had so much fun staying at the hotel that happy hour became a must do with the family.

We are a family of four. We had a room with full size beds and my husband is a big guy so he wasnt very comfortable. The bed sheets were stained and so was the shower curtain. The breakfast that used to be good is now decent. The hallways need to be vacuumed. Overall needs improvement

I love an Embassy Suites but this hotel is known for hosting youth trips and this trip was no exception. Loud kids screaming until 11pm made it less than enjoyable. My view included the back side of some roof structure. Unfortunately this always seems to happen when I book with Hotels.com. The breakfast was good but the juice is always watered down. Beds are mediocre and our air conditioning seemed glitchy as it was pretty hot in our room no matter how low the thermostat was set.

Our room was so dirty the walls had dusty balls by the tv and closet literally running up the wall to the ceiling. The toilet would back up randomly throughout the day and night. The shower would not drain and would backup dirty water. This place has a plumbing issue. My children’s room was clean though but they had a similar issue with the shower tub not draining.

This was a family trip for FGCU graduation. All employees were so polite. We even had a conversation about how refreshing it was to encounter such nice people. The breakfast was very good and happy hour drinks and snacks watching the Ky Derby was fun. The room was clean and comfortable (sheets and pillows were very comfy). My son even came and took a video to show his girlfriend how pretty the hotel was looking down into the lobby area from upstairs. Thank you to the staff for a lovely Mother's Day and Graduation weekend. We really appreciated it!

As a family of 6, it's always challenging finding a hotel that's comfortable for our family to share one room. The beds were comfortable, including the sleeper sofa, which often isn't the case. It was very helpful that there were an additional 2 sinks separate from the bathroom, making it easier for everyone to get ready at the same time. Also, the breakfast was one of the best complimentary breakfasts I've had at a hotel - plenty of options for everyone. The made to order omelets were delicious.
