The ratings online deffinatly don’t come from the guests. The beds are mediocre. First day your out of most breakfast items muffins bagels fruit sausage bacon yogurt and more basically it was waffle’s and plastic eggs cereal. and that the waffle iron is set wrong and won’t cook them in the middle eggs feel and taste like plastic no kidding please I encourage you to taste them because it’s disgusting .
The room looked great in the pictures with the love seat and chair in the living room however. I got a portion of a sectional and 2 mos matched hassocks.
Front desk/maid said they were out bath towels!! How insaine is that to be told how many towels I have for our showers. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything in all the surrounding rooms.

The room was nice. We could see the kids while they swam. I had to ask for hand towels and wash clothes. Second day in I had to ask for a roll of tissue and they never seemed to leave us enough bath towels I turned in more than I received

Having a family of 6, we reserved a room with a sofa bed for 2 of the kids to sleep. Upon check-in we found sheets for the sofa bed but no blanket. I went to the front desk and was told they didn’t have anymore blankets.
We were given 4 towels for 6 people. At breakfast the hotel ran out of forks. Overall a poor experience with a staff that seemed to careless about hospitality. Will not stay here again

Overall, our family had a great experience. The hotel staff were very pleasant and were able to accommodate an earlier checkin when requested. The hotel is 5-10 minutes from Rainbow Springs State Park, which was the reason for our visit. We stayed for a total of 3 nights and 4 days without issue. Our only complaint would have to be the sleeping arrangements. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable and the AC unit had difficulty managing our preferred temperature setting. It made the room feel humid.

When we got to the hotel they had us on 2 different floors. The lady checking us in took the extra time and got us one the same floor right across from each other. She made it so much eazier with 5 kids. Would recommend them to anyone.

Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and kids loved the banana flavoured waffle mix at breakfast. No complaints. Great spot to stop and sleep after a long day away

Stayed here for just an evening while passing through on spring break with family. Everything was clean and spacious. Breakfast was delicious and offered many choices, hot and cold. Beds were comfy and linens were soft. Only bizarre thing was the $2 charge for use of in room safe, but they’ll take it off in the morning if you don’t use it- you must ask though. Very odd. I stay in at least 50 hotels a year for business and never have heard of this. Everything else was just wonderful and the staff was very polite and kind. Especially the woman running breakfast. Would absolutely stay again!

The hotel was perfectly located making it quick and easy to get to everything. The room was clean and spacious. My only complaints are breakfast was very limited. The second day they were out of bagels, muffins and bananas leaving only cereal yogurt or waffles. They could keep up with the eggs or side. Also, there was a school field trip there with kids running up and down the halls yelling and banging into the walls and room doors. This went on until almost 12:30 a.m. and started up again at 6:30 a..m.

The hotel was nice and the room was large. Didn’t realize it was a pet friendly hotel. We had to make our way around more dogs than you would have expected. I like dogs, but it felt like I was always walking straight into someone’s pooch. Biiiiiig boy (like a German shepherd and a bear had a litter) just hanging out near the coffee bar, but most were the little angry types. All said, it was a nice stay and we would definitely come back. Lots of unique dining experiences nearby and a bunch of corporate “something my kids will eat” restaurants as well. To sum up, no large frills but comfortable room with a less than comfortable sofa bed as well, lots of sniffing to get familiar, and my kid was disappointed by my dinner choice.
