Great for kids if traveling.. Late night pool and big Hottub 12pm close time 6am open… on a road trip from Washington to Kansas. kids loved it we got in late and they could still swim. Breakfast was good and fresh. Staff was very polite even late night. Beds comfortable and room was quiet considering how close to road.. looking to stop here again on our way home

Our stay over all was great. We stayed 5 nights and in the room it stated that housekeeping came every 3 days and they never came, I had to ask for toilet paper and clean towels. Breakfast was very limited. Would definitely stay here again, it was very close to all of my family members.

Pros- Clean hotel, kid friendly pool, nice size rooms Cons- Run out of breakfast by 730-8, wont honor hotel.com pricing, and fighting to get refunded money because they over charged on other things.

The hotel looked nice on the outside and inside. We needed to change our room from a King Suite to just a King standard room so we could get on the lowest floor. Boy was that a mistake! The water pressure in the shower was horrible, the walls were thin and we were next to a room with a crying baby, and the “breakfast” was horrible! Even the coffee was cold! I would NEVER stay here again!

The stay was great until me and my son were checking out and the front desk lady magically called us potheads and that "there are families staying here". We do not smoke pot so I guess she was profiling us on how we looked? What we were was very tired from driving FROM NC.

This hotel acted quickly during flooding in the area, accommodated out family of 11 who was stuck traveling. They got us in a room asap, staff was incredibly nice. Prices was not gauged... Highly recommend. Thank you to this hotel and staff for your kindness and accommodations.

Nice location and parking, easy off and on to the interstate highway. Short and easy drive to ft collins. The price was right for our needs of this trip. The facility was quieter than what I expected except for the kids screaming in the hallways. The king bed was comfortable, the heater worked well and was quiet. This hotel is a 3 star hotel, and that's what you get, very basic everything. The hotel looks tired everywhere, but everything worked. Bfast was mediocre, but we appreciated having it.

We spent one night at the hotel. It’s ok for an inexpensive roadside hotel in Fort Collins. The hotel is old and would definitely benefit from a remodel but it was sufficient. It was mostly clean. The room smelled sweaty. That’s the only way I can describe it. I didn’t take advantage of the breakfast but I did glance at it on our way out. It seemed like there were enough options to get someone going for the day. And I saw a family enjoying the pool on a really cold night so it might be heated. Over all everything was ok.

This hotel is great for a cheap week in the best area for traveling and getting to know Fort Collins and the towns around it. We stayed for a week and loved how good we slept, the beds are so comfortable. The breakfast has some variety from sausage, eggs, cereal, waffles, toast, yogurt, fruit, etc. The staff is friendly and never gave us a problem. The pool is a little chilly for indoors but with the hot tub it’s a good way for me and my s/o to cool off and go back in. It closes at 12am too so we never had to rush back to make it to swim after a long day! This is definitely a family oriented place and I will be recommending this hotel to anyone coming down when we move here next month!

Driving up to the property didn’t look the safest. There were lots of gas stations and people with signs asking for money. We had to go through a road with construction and the construction men were in appropriate when we drove by. Not the hotels fault but we would avoid the area in the future. The hotel itself was not very updated but not unclean. It could use updates but with the condition I can understand why they haven’t updated. The rooms again showed signs of aging but weren’t necessarily dirty. However there was kind of a weird burning smell from the air conditioner. I enjoyed that the room had a mini fridge and air conditioner. The kids loved the variety of options on tv. The pool and spa were enjoyed by the kids. Strong chlorine smell though and not the cleanest looking.
