Best Western Plus Carousel Inn & Suites

Place was nice check In was simple and the service was awesome! Only down fall I would say is I spent $185 for the night and couldn’t even get a cup of coffee. I thought they said 6-10 for breakfast but it ended at 9:30, probably my mistake. But I go down to get breakfast for my kids around 9:20 or so and get cereal and orange juice, the lady cleaning glared at me and I said hello to no response. I get the food take it back to the room for my kids and go back for some coffee for my wife and myself to find the doors locked at 9:32. I ask the front desk worker if there is a place to get a cup of coffee to which she responded well looks like they locked it up already but I can go to town for some coffee. The coffee maker in the lobby was broke. I thought maybe I would get let me see if there is anymore left or I can knock to have her let you in, instead I got you can get some in town. For $185 I would think I would have had better service.

The rooms and hotel were clean but need updating. The beds were hard and the air conditioner was SO loud. The front desk staff was very nice and the breakfast was very good. The pool however was so cold the kids wouldnt even swim.

For the price, this place is excellent! It was completely clean, and I felt very safe there. The beds were comfy, they had a very tasty breakfast, with one of the very fun automatic pancake makers, and a peloton bike in the gym! The AC was broken in the gym, so it was a bit of a hot cycle experience, but still nice to be able to use before getting back on the road! The hot tub was drained, so that was a little disappointing, but the kids made the most of the pool. Overall definitely recommend!

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very nice sized. Our grandkids loved the automatic pancake maker at the breakfast included with our stay.

We we overall disappointed. There were so many details that you expect with this type of hotel that were not taken care of. We got hit at check in with an unexpected charge of $20 for our children staying with us. The fitness room had no ac and was very hot. Hot tub was out of commission. And the breakfast selections were slim. They ran out of coffee our first day there. Room was clean. Staff was friendly.

The employees of this hotel were some of the genuinely friendliest I have ever encountered in my many years of travel. To a person they made us feel welcome and valued. It was like visiting family, without the drama. The hotel was clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was even ready before 6:00 am. I will definitely be coming back.

We had the 2 Queen beds with sofa bed suite and the room was huge! Plenty of room for our family of 5.

Staff was helpful. Breakfast was great. Room was as perfect for our family.

Blinds in room where really dark so it help my baby girl sleep through the night. Amazing stay. We will come back

The hotel room was really clean. There were adequate towels, and the a/c was easy to operate. I loved that they offer a suite with two queen beds and a pull-out sofa bed so that my family of six could all sleep comfortably in one room. The continental breakfast in the morning was also very nice -- lots of good options were available and the employee overseeing the breakfast was extremely attentive to cleaning things up quickly and restocking foods that were running low. Overall, a totally awesome hotel stay! Would definitely recommend.
