perfect location for chair 9 and town. very dated but usable for what we needed. I would say good place for two couples or couple with children but not 3 adult couples.Management was great to deal with. one other thing hot tub not really usable-it's small and in a weird location like you are on display.

Nice, clean place in a very convenient location to all the Downtown Breckenridge attractions. Unit was a little small for our family, but we made it work.
