Best Western Plus Louisville Inn & Suites

Nice property for a quick night stay after the cabin in the mountains before heading to the airport in the morning. 35 min drive to Denver International Airport which is convenient with many dinning and shopping opportunities in the area. Nice for a 1 night stay but wouldnt choose for multiple nights with a family due to the lack of room and amenities. Overall a good stay though!

This is our “go to” hotel when visiting family in Colorado! It never disappoints! Wonderful, friendly, and competent staff from front desk to housekeeping! Location is definitely convenient to all your needs! Thank you Best Western

Needed a place to stay before flight from Denver with family. While its not high luxury, it is clean, quite, And for the most part, comfortable. Quick check in. Plenty of parking. It was about a 5 minute drive to get dinner, but that was ok.

Lise and Mark at the front desk made it feel like we were staying with family! We were so pleased we ended up extending our stay for an additional night. Lise took care of everything making that transition seamless. When I felt tentative coming to the front desk with my long list of "May I have two big towels, four wash cloths, four coffee pods, etc, etc, etc, Mark said, "That's what I'm here for!!!" He not only said that but conveyed that energy so we felt at ease requesting what we wanted and needed. Likewise with Lise. They made you feel like your needs were their number one priority. The all day coffee, hot beverage bar and filtered water? So Nice! Plus fresh chocolate chips cookies every night. The women who put the breakfasts together were also fabulous They were in constant motion, refilling, helping guests, sharing information about the area, answering questions, while making sure we had all the food we could eat! Having a clean room is so important in a hotel. Especially in these times, we're aware of the importance of properly cleaning and disinfecting shared spaces. We could not truly feel at home or relax if conscious of the fact that we're sleeping, eating, working, bathing, in a space someone else was using. Our room was so clean we felt totally at ease. We’ll definitely stay here again!

The hotel itself isn't in bad condition. It's ok. Our room smelled gross. I don't know if it's because they take pets. I didn't ask for a new room because we were there for a couple hours besides sleeping. The kids didn't notice the smell so I just made some popcorn in the microwave to cover it up! We didn't use pool but the exercise room had old machines. The breakfast was ok but staff didn't clean up during the breakfast and they ran out of silverware a couple times. Staff was ok but not really friendly. Staff was smoking right outside the entrance. The room was ok and beds were comfortable but it was kind of depressingly furnished. Wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom. Paid $178 for one night so it's pretty expensive for a hotel in the suburbs.

One of the best-managed hotels we ever found. We stay here several times a year and have been for years (our family lives nearby). Consistent, quality service, fruendly and competent staff, up-to-date facilities. Looking forward to our next stay.
