Our family really enjoyed the two weeks we stayed there. Initially we were only staying one week but we didn’t want to leave and extended our stay for an extra week. The staff was so accommodating they didn’t make us switch our rooms and really exceeded my expectations in every way. I really have no complaints at all especially their staff was on another level, they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and pampered. From the valet staff, their housekeeping staff, bell boys, restaurant staff, front desk I really can’t thank them enough for making my stay memorable. I will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time in this hotel! The property is very nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room we had was a double and it was ver spacious for our family of four and 2 small dogs. We had our room serviced daily and they’d leave clean towels every day. The gym at the hotel is very complete and the spa treatment and facility was excellent (ask for Agnes). I have no complaints! The breakfast choices are plenty and everything was delicious (great açaí bowl).
