Superb service from front desk, especially Ron. He went out of his way to accommodate our family. All of the staff were friendly and efficient. The rooms and lobby had been updated from our last visit. The courtyard is very nice for relaxing with family.

We stayed in the worst room in the hotel. I’ve never complained about a hotel but this was for our anniversary. We dropped our kids and dogs off and we’re looking forward to a romantic weekend in Sonoma. The hotel is under construction so they put us in the room next door to the make-shift lobby. All day and night, people knocked on our door and the lobby’s door. People were drunk and yelling so we never had a good night sleep. There was no where to eat the breakfast. When we complained they said that’s what you get for booking through a 3rd party. It was miserable and we hope hotels.com can do something to rectify this situation.

The staff and management were very helpful when our plans changed due to a death in the family. Beautiful newly renovated room. Great new shower. Walking distance to Sonoma Film Festivsl events and fabulous dining spots. Loved the fireplace, as always. Great place to stay in the Sonoma / Napa area especially for Infineon Raceway. Cheers

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to Sonoma's town square. The hotel is older and has seen its share of wine lovers over the years. We were there for one night for a family event. The beds were comfortable. The room and bathroom didn't feel clean to me. There were hairs and crumbs from previous guests. The carpet looked like it was hosting its own wine tastings. The heater was really strange -- it would blast for 10 seconds, then go off for a couple of minutes, then blast again. It did this all night long. The place was fine for a quick, one-night family trip but I'm not gonna lie, if I was there for a romantic weekend, I'd be mad.

Perfect location for a family gathering in Sonoma. The staff was very accommodating, putting our 5 rooms in close proximity to each other. The accommodations were clean and the beds very comfortable. The fireplaces were a nice option although we didn’t use it. We will definitely stay here again if the need arises.

Unfortunately we tried to cancel the first night of our trip due to a family emergency. The hotel manager wouldn't budge one bit and we ended up paying full price for both nights even though I'm sure the room was used Friday none the less. Nearly 1000 for one night. I understand that the pandemic nearly put a lot of the hospitality industry in a bad way however, I think the charges are excessive. If he negotiated for us to pay 1/2 of one night we didn't stay, I would of walked feeling reasonably treated instead of ripped off
