Best Western Petaluma Inn

Great stay with family of 4. Great beds with pillows, acoustically sound room, loved the blackout curtains so you can sleep better. Kids loved the pool and the breakfast food options. Overall very happy with this stay and will do it again!

The accommodation was quite clean, particularly the restrooms. My family and I were treated quite well by the personnel. Our family appreciated the breakfast. The staff ensured that my children had what they desired for breakfast. On one occasion, my kids wanted bacon, and the staff worker was unaware that they were out of bacon. The staff member made sure to make some more for my children. She ensured that all the children, not just mine, were satisfied with their breakfast. She made my day.

The room was so refreshing and perfect for our one night stay. Bed were comfortable and the kids loved the pool and the great waffles for breakfast.

I had previously stayed at the Best Western in Sonoma so I didn't realize this one in Petaluma would be more of a motel. But for one quick night it was good enough and the price was much better than anything in Sonoma. The staff was great; helpful and friendly. Main downside was getting stuck in a first-floor room under a family with children...or maybe it was a herd of cattle. There was none-stop stomping late into the night and early in the morning. The room was large and bed was comfortable. The heater/AC unit is right next to the bed and is really loud. We had to keep it off during the night. There was a mini fridge and microwave in the room. Breakfast was adequate: some pastries and toast, fresh waffles, and some frozen breakfast burritos. The breakfast room attendant was really nice and helpful. Definitely going above and beyond just keeping things stocked.

It’s right on the freeway! Which is great! However if your room is next to the street, it is very noisy! I almost wanted to asked for earplugs! Around 12am, I woke up from a guy throwing up. He was right downstairs and we can hear him. He seemed like a homeless man. Oh yes there are some homeless wondering around here. I was glad that I can see my car from the window and keep an eye on it. You just never know. They have an outdoor pool. Which was nice. Families were enjoying it with their kids. It was 100degrees when we were there. The pool was nice to have. It’s conviniently located next to gas stations, grocery stores, and some restaurants. So if you need to stay here, try to get a room closer to the front desk. It’s safer and less noisy.

Quiet and clean; urban locale; easy to get to the places we wanted to visit, and the kids love the pool.

The room was fantastic! Only a few things that were an issue. The toilet seat is like a child’s seat toilet. Meaning that the opening to sit and go number #2 was very uncomfortable. The shower water handle was very loose too like it was going to fall off. Lastly: when we arrived it was raining and the gutter above the balcony area was dripping water over the table outside very loudly. So, besides those issues, the stay was fantastic and great. We loved the continental breakfast, the room was very clean, and the staff were very kind and attentive. Definitely coming back again.

I was visiting family and this was the perfect two day stay. The woman at the front desk was efficient and helpful when I checked in and the woman at the breakfast room was so friendly and sweet. The overall property was clean, and had beautiful landscaping. The rooms were very clean, the beds were super comfortable, even my mom was able to sleep well and she has back problems! The shower and bathroom were very clean and towels dried quickly. The iron and hair dryer broth worked great and noise outside was minimal even though the freeway is right next door and it was 4th of July. The best part was the surprisingly robust breakfast set up and very quaint breakfast sitting room. I had a delicious waffle with all the fixings! Lastly the location was perfect as it was close to breweries and the vineyards in Santa rosa
