Holiday Inn Express & Suites Oakhurst - Yosemite Park Area, an IHG Hotel

Our room was not serviced even after I requested it. Our trash was not emptied, toiletries not refreshed, ice machine did not work, they up charged items I purchased for my kids and when I complained, they offered $50 credit. Very unfortunate experience.

I’ve stayed here before with the family and our stays have always been great. On my recent stay of Jan 2024, while the hotel was clean as usual. They’ve made some changes that are overly greedy. Now the price for a stay has gone up a bit, but inflation is what it is I suppose. But they now charge an additional $10 a day for parking. This is silly, due to this being a rural area with a large parking lot, it’s self parking and in January, it was very empty. I’ve seen parking fees at other hotels, but that’s often in urban settings. Also, while they do include breakfast, it is no longer at the Hotel as it was in the past. There are 3 hotels owned by the same company in a row and they make all their guest go to the center hotel, as they explained it, “due to the season”. Which is because there are less guest so why operate 3 kitchens and have to set up and clean 3 dinings areas. The issue I had with this, was that it was very very crowded, due to guest from all 3 hotels being forced into one location. For the sake of saving money on staff to operate and clean 3 areas. Yet your price per stay has gone up and you now charge a $10 parking fee per night on top of that. 🤔

It was a great stay for my family. The most convenient part was the availability of breakfast which was included in the booking. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one.

I stayed one night at this property with my family. We booked a suite which I absolutely loved for its spaciousness. The hotel is about 30 mins away from Yosemite’s South Entrance and one hour away from Tunnel View. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Had a variety of options of hot and cold breakfast. This was my fav part. I’d return again when i decide to stay overnight in the Yosemite area. 5-star!

Great stay! People at the front desk are very friendly. A young gentleman who works at front desk explained to me how to get to the Bass lake with all the details which was super helpful! Later that day when i was about to have dinner with my kids he brought us a butter knife that i was looking for. Thank you so much 💓 Breakfast was great as well! Ladies who work at the breakfast buffet are very helpful and friendly and keep the area clean and full of food.

Place is new.Everywhere was so clean. It's a good place to stay for a family with kids at a reasonable price.

We brought our fur baby Koko to the trip. The staff was so welcoming to her and to us.
