Holiday Inn Express and Suites White Hall, an IHG Hotel

Very spacious for a family room, the bunkbeds allowed everyone their own bed. Room was very clean and well maintained. Bathroom was spacious and the water pressure was great which can be hard to find in hotels. My husband appreciated the hot coffee and my kids loved the cookies.

The stay was fine it's the misinformation provided by Hotels.com on the establishment. I choose this particular hotel based on information stated. There was no restaurant, there was no bar, there was also just your run of the breakfast offered. Same as if one stayed at a one star hotel. There were minor things about the room like ice bucket full of water which didn't upset me like being misinformed. After driving all day last thing my family and I wanted was to drive more for dinner. But took the receptionist's word on a Mexican restaurant that was absolutely awful but that's on that particular place not Holiday Inn. We were also told later to leave sink and shower 💦 ng due to cold weather. I do have to say the receptionist was incredibly friendly. A pure pleasure to interact with. She seemed somewhat new to her job. She was having trouble on processing my Hotel.com booking and adding my IHG member number. Overall a nice place to stay if you are not looking for a place that includes food and drinks.

Lots of food options, gas; close to family that we were visiting with an easy route between.

This has been our go to when visiting family in the area. The staff is friendly, the rooms are kept up well, and the breakfast options are solid.

Everything was excellent and the staff was very friendly. Robin and Neveah was phenomenal. They made me and my kids feel really comfortable.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean. The hotel was conveniently located near my family. I truly enjoyed my stay!

I will definitely stay here again if traveling through! Everything was very clean, well taken care of, rooms and beds were comfortable and my kids really enjoyed the large spread of options for breakfast.

Upon check in the front desk woman was nice but she was on her phone, on speakerphone, the entire time and was having an active conversation while checking us in. Her friend on the phone was cursing so oir young children heard all of their language. Very rude. Ive never had thay experience, even at cheaper hotels.

There was fighting outside the lobby doors. My kids got to hear a lot of cussing. No hot water that night or morning.

I booked a room at the Holiday inn Express in Whitehall Arkansas through Expedia on a pay later booking. The rate was $107 with taxes included to be $120 for the one night stay. I called to confirm my late arrival even though check in was at 3:00 and I plan to arrive at 4:00 and was told that my room had been canceled because I was traveling my card with locked and the hotel tried to take an advanced payment. When they were unsuccessful because the car was locked they canceled the reservation all together without notifying me at all. They went on to lie and place in the comments that they attempted to contact me by phone but it would later be established that my daughter did not have an Expedia account and use the guest portal which only provided her email address so there was absolutely no way they could have attempted to contact her by phone and we never received an email of the cancellation from Expedia or from IHG Holiday inn Express in White Hall Arkansas. To add insult to injury the young lady Ashley was extremely rude deceptive and unprofessional. When I asked her for the general manager's name she advised me that she did not know it and when I asked a second time she advised me that it was Mrs Johnson and that she didn't give out first names. I told her that she was being rather ignorant and unprofessional because the card I had have the GM's name on it and I wanted to simply confirm that it was the same person. We are a military family and this was unacceptable.
