Shilo Inn Hotel & Suites - Yuma

We had two rooms and requested adjoining but were told they didn’t have any such rooms when in fact they did. Two adults and two kids in each in one room the microwave, phone and ac didn’t work and only one hand two hand towels and one face towel were stocked on arrival and a loaded gun magazine was found in the room. In the other room the beds did not appear clean and only two towels were stocked there was no guest service number to call on the phone had to go down to lobby to ask for anything. Pool didn’t have working lights to swim after sundown. Would not recommend to anyone especially for the price you pay!

My family and i were looking forward to the jacuzzi, but it was cold...no spa....the elevator is so old. The property should definitely be upgraded

The staff and cleanliness of the Shilo Inn is why I stay there all the time on way to CA to see my grandson & family!

Happy with the cost. Disappointed with wifi (didn’t work most of the time) and pool was closed (would have liked to have known ahead of our stay). Desk staff was friendly and easy access to restaurants, shopping and highway. Room was old and showing it’s wear (peeling wallpaper, broken lock and door knob). Beds were comfortable and it was clean. Dark and quiet for sleeping. Good amount of space for a family of 4 with adult sized teens. Okay for what you pay.

Amazing view and Service. Staff were very professional and family orientated. The room was exceptional and very clean. Mary and I enjoyed our stay here. Thank You very much especially after a very trying day. The M Family. ;)

Specifically chose this hotel for its reputation of being one of the nicer ones in town & mainly for its pool and jacuzzi. When my family and I checked in,the lobby ac was either not working or set to a rather warm temp including all the halls, we expressed excitement to go jump in the pool and relax in the jacuzzi later. The girl at the front desk hardly spoke to us and hearing our excitement of the pool and jacuzzi never felt the need to inform us it was closed. We were upset when we got to our room and looked down at a swamp like pool and jacuzzi,calling to the front desk for us to than tell us oh by the way it’s closed. When booking the hotel no where did it indicate any amenities being closed & due to us booking through Expedia management refused to refund,compensate or offer any kind of discount to possibly stay at a time when it would be clean and opened. It was just extremely disappointing

I have stayed in this hotel about a half a dozen times. I have only been able to use their pool once in these times. For some reason the pool is always closed. This time they were very filling it up. Disappointed grandkid

The property was older, but the room was very clean. I traveled with my elderly mom and my two kids. We felt comfortable and safe. The outdoor property arround the pool was absolutely beautiful. Staff was very welcoming, and there were plenty of dining options nearby.
